Physical and Health (Nursing) Assessment
This course provides theory and application experience for performing nursing assessment of individuals across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on interviewing and physical assessment techniques and documentation of findings appropriate for nursing. Upon completion, students should be able to complete a health history and perform a noninvasive physical assessment.
